We loved this hotel, it was cheerful and clean. Our guest room was silent and spotless. Regret that we didn't have time and missed a continental breakfast. A port was very close to place.

The room was very clean, roomy and adequate for a family of 3/4. I consider it good value for money as the hotel restaurant offers a good 2 course meal + wine + dessert for 10€. The hotel private underground parking lot is also quite safe. It's located about 20mn from the center of Bilbao and its museum, and is about 2km from the motorway between San Sebastian and Santander/La Coruna.

Hotel reception was very helpful in directing us to the Bilbao/Portsmouth ferry, which was the reason for our overnight stay. The room was clean and comfortable and perfectly adequate for us. The private parking was excellent and we actually could have driven straight in there on arrival after pressing the intercom for the door to be opened. In some hotels you have to go to reception first for a ticket but this isn't the case here.

We had a meal in the restaurant attached to the hotel but could not recommend this really. However, it was perfectly fine for breakfast.

Location: the hotel was really close to the centre of Santurce as well as an excellent tapas bar where the staff were friendly. Spent a nice evening at El Kanonazo, located quite close to the venue. They offered a great selection of options for continental breakfast.

our recent stay in santurtzi was fantastic, but our stay at san jorge was even better! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was delicious. we were pleasantly surprised by how secure and reasonably priced the car park was. we arrived early and our room was quickly made ready. we will definitely be returning!

Our room was airy and good sized. The location was good, very close to a port, if you need it. This hotel was located in an ideal area.

Family room was nice and big. We just spent one night as a stopover. Price reasonable and staff friendly.
